Experience Required : Minimum 3 years in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS), particularly SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications and serve as the primary point of contact for all technical and functional aspects of the project. This is a critical leadership position requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on technical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the application design and development process, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate functional and technical requirements.

- Oversee and participate in the full development lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and professional support.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP WMS/EWM modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP WMS and integration points.

- Contribute to solutioning discussions and provide input on best practices and process improvements.

- Stay updated on industry trends and SAP advancements to drive innovation and application performance.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP EWM.

- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.

- Experience in system integration and data migration.

- Hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.

- Familiarity with project management tools and agile delivery methodologies.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to S/4HANA environments.

- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics business processes.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
