Application Lead - SAP VIM Module

We are looking for an experienced Application Lead with deep expertise in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a techno-functional role that combines leadership, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP VIM and related processes.

- Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP-based applications.

- Collaborate with multiple internal teams and business stakeholders to drive decisions.

- Manage and guide a team of consultants, ensuring delivery excellence.

- Provide solutions to technical and business problems across multiple teams.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions to uplift team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and proactively implement course corrections to meet deadlines.

Must-Have Skills :

- Expertise in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)

- Solid techno-functional understanding of SAP Finance (FI) and Accounts Payable (AP)

- Experience with application design, development, and integration

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

- Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA

- Understanding of OCR / Invoice scanning tools

- Experience in working with international teams or global delivery models
