Application Lead - SAP SCM/APO Module

Job Title : Application Lead SAP SCM APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Application Lead with strong expertise in SAP SCM APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization) to lead end-to-end application design, development, and configuration. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with business objectives, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and quality of SAP SCM APO solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SCM APO.

- Lead the design, development, and configuration of APO applications.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers and functional consultants.

- Take ownership of team decisions and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert input on planning and optimization strategies.

- Drive problem-solving efforts across teams and provide scalable solutions.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and adherence to quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

- Proven expertise in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and best practices.

- Hands-on experience in Demand Planning and Inventory Optimization.

- Proficient in data analysis to drive business decisions.

- Experience with integration of SAP APO with other SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA).

Additional Information :

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SCM APO.

- This is a Hyderabad-based position with potential collaboration across global teams.

- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
