Job Title : Application Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Job Description :
You will play a key role in leading the functional aspects of SAP PM projects, providing support and guidance to team members, and continuously seeking ways to improve business processes through innovation and technology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure and customize SAP PM modules based on client and project needs
- Oversee the end-to-end application development and implementation process
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SAP PM
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities
- Contribute to team discussions, offer solutions to problems, and support decision-making
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of functional deliverables
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and SAP innovations
Must-Have Skills :
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues effectively
- Familiarity with project management tools and practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
