Project Role Description :

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary :

As an Application Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact for the project. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation, providing technical guidance, and collaborating closely with stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities will include requirement analysis, solution design, team coordination, and oversight of development activities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Perform independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

- Actively participate and contribute during team discussions.

- Provide effective solutions to work-related technical challenges.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the project.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Architect solutions aligned with business needs and project objectives.

- Oversee development activities, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Ensure delivery of applications within defined timelines and budgets.

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Mentor junior team members and guide them technically.

- Conduct training sessions to enhance team competency and skills.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in SAP for Utilities

- Customer Financial Management (FICA).

- Deep understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.

- Proven experience in leading application development projects.

- Knowledge of SAP modules and their integration points.

- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP applications.

- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies.

Good to Have :

- SAP S/4HANA experience.

- Recommended familiarity with SAP CRM and SAP IS-U.

- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.

- Experience in data migration and data integration processes.

- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.

Additional Information :

- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FICA).

- Open to candidates across Pan India.

- 15 years full-time education is mandatory.
