Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with deep expertise in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will lead the design, build, and configuration of data-centric applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters, oversee project progress, and guide the development team toward successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BW/4HANA data modeling and development.

- Lead and manage a team of developers to meet project goals and deadlines.

- Oversee the application development lifecycle from design to deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.

- Make key technical decisions and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality and on-time completion.

- Promote knowledge sharing, coding best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.

Technical & Professional Skills :

- Must-have : Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, architecture, and methodologies.

- Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data flow optimization.

- Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization techniques.

- Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data-related issues.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.

Additional Information :

- Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

- This is a Mumbai-based role, and the candidate must be able to work from the Mumbai office.

- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
