About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Application Lead to design, build, and configure applications while leading a team to deliver high-quality solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for application development, ensuring projects align with business objectives. This role requires technical expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications aligned with business requirements.

- Act as an SME for SAP BTP Integration Suite and guide the team on best practices.

- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

- Take ownership of team decisions and provide solutions to complex technical challenges.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet timelines.

- Facilitate training and mentoring to enhance team members technical skills.

- Ensure adherence to Agile practices and effective use of project management tools.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite (5+ years)

- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies

- Hands-on experience with cloud integration technologies and platforms

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

- Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Leadership experience in managing teams and making strategic decisions

- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration

- Ability to monitor projects and adjust plans to meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills across multiple teams
