Job Title : Application Lead SAP ABAP on HANA

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 6 to 8 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 20 Days

Summary :

Experienced SAP ABAP on HANA Application Lead responsible for leading development teams, aligning solutions with business goals, and ensuring high-quality SAP application delivery. Adept at driving performance, managing stakeholders, and mentoring junior resources.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP ABAP on HANA development efforts and act as SME.

- Collaborate with multiple teams and drive key decisions.

- Guide and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional technical issues.

- Conduct regular team sync-ups and progress reviews.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Continuously improve development processes and performance.

Technical Skills :

- SAP ABAP on HANA (CDS Views, AMDP, OData).

- Object-Oriented ABAP, BADI, BAPI, Enhancements.

- SAP HANA database performance optimization.

- Integration with non-SAP systems (APIs, RFCs).

- SAP Gateway and Fiori integration (optional).

Additional Info :

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.

- Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.

- Role is based in Hyderabad.
