Hiring : Application Lead - PySpark

We are looking for an experienced Application Lead who will take ownership of designing, building, and configuring scalable data applications. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and leading development efforts to deliver high-quality solutions.

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 3+ years in PySpark (overall relevant experience higher)

Education : 15 years of full-time education required

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications

- Act as an SME and work independently on complex problems

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Oversee development activities and ensure delivery meets business needs

- Participate actively in team discussions and solution design

- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members

- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth

- Stay updated with latest technologies and methodologies to improve performance and user experience

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in PySpark

- Experience in data processing and transformation techniques

- Hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable applications

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Apache Spark & Hadoop ecosystem

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
