Role Overview :

As an SDE1, you will be part of the engineering team building next-generation banking solutions. You will work on transaction systems, APIs, and customer-facing modules, ensuring reliability, compliance, and innovation. This role is designed for early-career engineers who want to learn deeply about core banking technology while contributing to impactful products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Core banking modules : Develop and maintain features such as account management, loan processing, and transaction handling.

- API development : Build secure, scalable APIs for partner integrations and customer applications.

- System reliability : Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and compliance with banking standards.

- Collaboration : Work with product, QA, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Innovation : Explore new technologies to improve speed, security, and user experience.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming.

- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Go, or C++).

- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and transaction systems.

- Understanding of web technologies and RESTful APIs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to banking domain or fintech projects.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with security standards such as encryption, authentication, and compliance.

- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
