As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications aligned with business needs. You will collaborate with various teams, develop solutions that meet business objectives, ensure optimal functioning of applications, engage in problem-solving, contribute to key decisions, and manage the development process to deliver high-quality applications that enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

- Collaborate with and manage the team

- Make team-related decisions

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions

- Provide solutions to problems within immediate and multiple teams

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Must-have : Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday certification mandatory

- Good-to-have : Experience with Workday integration tools

- Strong understanding of application development methodologies

- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging applications

- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
