Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with deep expertise in Workday Core HCM to design, build, and configure applications aligned with business processes and requirements. This senior role requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can lead teams, engage in critical decision-making, and deliver impactful application solutions.

- Serve as an SME for Workday Core HCM, leading solution design and development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide strategic input.

- Provide innovative solutions to complex application and integration challenges.

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill team members.

- Oversee project progress to ensure alignment with business goals.

Skills :

- Proficiency in configuration and customization of Workday applications.

- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

- Familiarity with integration processes and data management within Workday.

Qualification & Experience :

- Experience in Application Migration.
