Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and especially Software Asset Management (SAM). The role requires strong implementation and solution design skills, with a focus on delivering SAM solutions within the financial sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in pre-sales, client engagement, and solution delivery, along with relevant ServiceNow certifications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow SAM solutions tailored to client needs.

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and build SAM solutions for license optimization, asset lifecycle management, and cost reduction strategies.

- Configure and customize SAM modules and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems (CRM, financial apps, etc.).

- Provide end-to-end solution delivery, coordinating with project management, development, and QA teams.

- Deliver post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on ServiceNow SAM best practices.

- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and financial sector compliance standards.

- Support pre-sales activities : requirements gathering, solution design, proposals, and client presentations.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in implementing and designing ServiceNow solutions.

- Strong focus on SAM (Software Asset Management) with proven solution delivery expertise.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist SAM (CIS-SAM) (Mandatory).

- Experience in financial sector projects, tailoring SAM solutions for compliance and operational efficiency.

- Pre-sales experience including solutioning, proposals, and client engagement.

- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM frameworks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based delivery.
