Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with expertise in SAP Basis Administration to join our team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for someone who is technically sound, proactive, and capable of leading from the front. You will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that support complex business needs while ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.

Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding junior team members, resolving technical challenges, and continuously optimizing application performance and system health.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis

- Lead and manage team collaboration for effective project execution

- Take responsibility for team-level decisions and project outcomes

- Work closely with multiple teams and contribute to high-impact decisions

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application landscape

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift overall team skills

- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery

- Continuously seek improvement opportunities in system performance and usability

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration (minimum 5 years)

- Deep understanding of system configuration and performance tuning

- Solid experience with database management and optimization techniques

- Hands-on knowledge of application lifecycle management tools

- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to large-scale SAP landscapes and enterprise environments

- Experience mentoring junior developers or administrators

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or hybrid SAP environments
