Application Developer - SAP ABAP/Fiori/UI5 Module

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Application Developer with deep expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business and technical requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to key decisions, and lead by example through technical leadership, mentoring, and code quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP and Fiori/UI5 development.

- Collaborate with and manage development teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

- Take ownership of technical decisions across teams and projects.

- Lead the resolution of complex issues impacting multiple teams.

- Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance team capability.

- Stay current with industry trends and innovations in SAP HANA and related technologies.

- Ensure alignment with agile development methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Technical & Professional Skills :

- At least one full-cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

- SAP UI5, Fiori, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, CSS3

- OData service development, SAP Gateway

- ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model)

- Experience with SAP BTP and SAP Cloud technologies is a plus.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori Elements and the Flexible Programming Model.

- Strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices.

- Experience with SAP Workflow, Adobe Forms, and SmartForms is desirable.

- Proven ability to solve complex problems in agile development environments.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Demonstrated hands-on Fiori development expertise.

Additional Information :

- This position is based in Bengaluru and may require hybrid or on-site work as per project needs.

- Candidates must have a minimum of 7.5 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
