Description :

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with hands-on experience in RICEFW development to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ABAP programming, SAP NetWeaver development, and cross-functional collaboration for enterprise-level SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP programs including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).

- Design and maintain technical specifications, and perform unit, integration, and release testing.

- Create and optimize custom SAP ABAP/4 programs using BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, and BDC.

- Work with user exits and enhancements to meet business process requirements.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Operations.

- Collaborate with functional consultants for requirement gathering and technical solutioning.

- Participate in system upgrades, new releases, and performance tuning of technical objects.

- Ensure adherence to SAP development best practices and project quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 7 years of SAP ABAP development experience in an enterprise environment.

- Strong expertise in RICEFW components.

- Proficiency in BAPI, BADI, RFC, IDOC, LSMW, BDC, SAPScript.

- Experience with SAP NetWeaver and SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in ABAP or related area (advantageous).

- Exposure to cross-module integration (MM, SD, FI, PP).

- Experience in on-site client coordination and UAT support.
