Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Application Developer with 3-5 years of total experience, including a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on technical expertise in PeopleSoft Core HR and NA Payroll. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in SQR development, a key component of the role, and possess strong skills in SQL, Application Engine, and PeopleTools. This position requires a flexible individual who can work US shift hours to support clients effectively and deliver quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications within the HCM and NA Payroll modules using PeopleTools, SQL, and Application Engine.

- Take ownership of SQR development and maintenance projects, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and well-documented.

- Collaborate effectively with project teams to quickly understand project standards, requirements, and deliverables.

- Work in US shift hours to provide direct support to clients and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Exhibit strong analytical and communication skills to interact with stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure project success.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 - 5 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years of relevant, hands-on experience as a PeopleSoft Application Developer.

- Solid technical knowledge and practical experience with PeopleSoft HCM and NA Payroll.

- High proficiency in SQR development, SQL, and Application Engine.

- Strong skills in using PeopleTools.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other PeopleSoft modules, such as FSCM (Financials Supply Chain Management) or Campus Solutions.

- Knowledge of other PeopleSoft technologies, including PeopleCode and Integration Broker.

- Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades or patching projects.

- Familiarity with a specific database platform, such as Oracle or SQL Server.
