Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365) with a strong background in Dynamics CRM to join IBMs team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of technical experience in Dynamics CRM and a proven ability to design, develop, and optimize enterprise solutions. The role demands advanced problem-solving skills and the capability to deliver innovative, scalable solutions to complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven Apps within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Utilize Unified Client Interface (UCI) capabilities for enhanced user experiences.
- Perform customizations within Dynamics CRM to meet client-specific requirements.
- Apply JavaScript customizations to forms using Client API Reference.
- Manage security roles, business units, and teams in the CRM environment.
- Work with JSON-based data structures.
- Develop and deploy PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) Controls.
- Create and maintain plugins, custom actions, and custom APIs.
- Integrate with and consume the Dynamics Web API.
- Handle solution management, including managing components, deploying managed solutions, and ensuring smooth migration across environments.
- Monitor and optimize performance and telemetry using Azure Application Insights.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Experience with Case Management workflows.
- Knowledge of Auto Case Creation Rules and Unified Routing.
- Understanding of Skill-Based Routing and Routing Rules.
- Familiarity with Customer Service Workspace and Omnichannel solutions.
- Exposure to Real-Time Marketing capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE.
- Proven experience with Power Apps, PCF controls, and plugin development.
- Strong grasp of Dynamics CRM architecture, security, and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and implement optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
