Role Overview :

Offshore Application Developer with strong experience in Informatica IDMC/Python/IBM Datastage/Oracle Exadata to support operational and Treasury reporting across the GTS Corporate Payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance ETL data applications (IDMC/Datastage mappings, procedures, packages, performance tuning).

- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues in UAT and production.

- Collaborate with other offshore teams and deliver required documentation.

Required Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Informatrica IDMC and IBM Datastage.

- Strong Oracle DB development (SQL, performance optimisation).

- Advanced SQL skills across complex, high-volume datasets.

- Working experience on Python scripting.

- Hands on experience on Unix/shell scripting

SDLC, Controls & Engineering Excellence (Must-Have) :

- Proven experience delivering solutions across the full SDLC, with strong emphasis on controls, audit requirements, resiliency, and production robustness.

- Hands-on expertise with GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio

Domain Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of Corporate Payments (transaction lifecycle, settlement, reconciliation).

- Experience with GTS operational reporting and Treasury data flows (balances, intraday positions) preferred.

Soft Skills :

- Clear communication skills for onshore/offshore collaboration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work independently and own deliverables.
