Description :



- Design and develop custom tools and automation using Google Apps Script, AppSheet, and Slack's Bolt SDK and APIs.

- Build cross-platform integrations between Slack and Google Workspace apps (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Calendar).

- Create automations that streamline business processes such as onboarding, approvals, ticketing, and compliance workflows.

- Partner with IT Security, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure tools follow best practices for privacy, security, and scalability.

- Author technical documentation, support playbooks, and user training materials for all deployed solutions.

- Own and manage the operational lifecycle of developed tools, including support for escalations and improvements.

- Coding in Python.

Basic Qualifications :



- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field-or equivalent professional experience.

- 4+ years of experience in software development or IT automation roles in an enterprise setting.

- Demonstrated experience developing on both Google Workspace and Slack platforms.

- Proficiency in scripting and development languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Bash.

Strong knowledge of :



- Google Workspace Admin tools, Apps Script, and Workspace APIs.

- Slack APIs, Bolt framework (Python or JS), and Workflow Builder.

- Experience integrating with third-party systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, identity providers).

Preferred Qualifications :



- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with global teams.

- Deep expertise in :

  • Google Workspace administration and automation, including GAM and AppSheet.
  • Slack platform development and administration, including bot development, OAuth scopes, and channel governance.

- Familiarity with M&A timelines and platform transitions.

- Cloud platform experience (e.g., Google Cloud IAM, AWS, or Azure)
