Application Developer - Apex/Visual Force

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and execution of Salesforce solutions tailored to our companys needs. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, sustainable Salesforce architectures and solutions following best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and align Salesforce initiatives with organizational strategy.

- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from conception through deployment and post-launch support.

- Manage integration of Salesforce with third-party systems, ERP platforms, and other cloud applications.

- Develop and enforce Salesforce governance, security policies, data models, and code standards across the platform.

- Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and analysts; mentor junior team members.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, enhance system capabilities by leveraging new features and AppExchange applications.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Salesforce environment performance and reliability.

- Document architecture designs, technical specifications, and solutions.

- Support release management processes, including version control, deployment, and change management.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience with Salesforce platform development and architecture, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.

- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware or ETL tools such as Data Loader, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
