Role Overview :

As an Application Architect at Andor Tech, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, development teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.

Your expertise will guide the architectural direction of our applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability standards. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our products, directly impacting the user experience and business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and document application architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility for stakeholders.

- Lead the design and development of scalable and resilient software solutions, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability for end-users.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of architectural excellence and best practices for the organization.

- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks and frameworks, ensuring the selection of appropriate tools for project success and long-term sustainability for the company.

- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments, identifying and mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities to maintain application security and stability for clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability for improved business processes.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our technology stack and improve our development processes for the company.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex application architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Proven expertise in developing applications using Flutter, AngularJS, and MongoDB, showcasing proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, enabling efficient and collaborative development processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, providing a solid foundation in software engineering principles.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements in our Bangalore office.
