Job Summary :
This role requires deep technical expertise in Apple platforms, including macOS and iOS, with a focus on system integration, deployment, and technical support within enterprise environments.
You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of Apple-based systems and contributing to business transformation initiatives through modern deployment practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Lead the design and deployment of Apple systems across enterprise environments using modern methodologies and tools (e.g., MDM, ABM).
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to advise on scalable, secure Apple technology solutions for enterprise use.
- Promote and implement modern device deployment and management workflows, such as zero-touch deployments using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and MDM platforms.
- Conduct on-site or virtual engagements with clients or internal teams to assess requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure adoption of Apple platform best practices.
- Ensure systems are secure and compliant by applying Apples security frameworks, privacy guidelines, and enterprise security technologies.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to educate stakeholders and support adoption of Apple solutions.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :
- Solid knowledge of client management solutions for macOS and iOS platforms.
- Expertise in enterprise security technologies tailored to Apple environments (e.g., FileVault, Gatekeeper, System Integrity Protection).
- In-depth knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions and Apple Business Manager (ABM) deployment workflows.
- Advanced understanding of networking protocols, wireless standards (802.1x, WPA2/WPA3), and modern authentication methods (e.g., SSO, OAuth, SAML).
- Familiarity with Apples security frameworks and adherence to privacy guidelines for enterprise and end user protection.
- Jamf 100 or Jamf 200 certification required.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to document systems, procedures, and support documentation for operational continuity
