Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end mobile automation testing strategy and execution.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile automation frameworks using Appium.

- Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation.

- Lead automation initiatives across mobile applications and platforms.

- Collaborate with Development, Product, and QA teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

- Mentor and guide QA and automation engineers and establish testing best practices.

- Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall testing processes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of overall experience in Mobile Automation Testing.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Appium is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of mobile application testing methodologies and automation frameworks.

- Proven experience in leading QA/Test Automation teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
