Job Description :

- 815 years in ITSM/ITOM roles with 3+ years in ServiceNow architecture.

- Certified in ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) especially for ITOM.

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Skills & Tools Required :

- ServiceNow ITOM Suite: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt, Orchestration.

- CMDB modeling and CSDM (Common Service Data Model).

- Scripting (JavaScript, Glide).

- Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.

- Cloud awareness (Azure, AWS, GCP for hybrid infrastructure mapping).

- A ServiceNow SOM Architect is responsible for designing and implementing solutions around Service Operations.
