Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience Required: 7+ Years (Minimum 3+ years as a Salesforce Technical Lead)

Employment Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and architecture, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams across Salesforce projects.

- Oversee integration of third-party applications and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Design and implement scalable data models and ensure optimized use of SOQL for queries.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and maintain high code quality across all deliverables.

- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous integration activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and technical leadership experience.

- Expertise in Apex, LWC, FSL, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and platform limitations.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Certifications :

Must-Have: Salesforce Platform Developer I

Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II

Nice to Have: Application/System Architect, Service Cloud Consultant
