We are actively seeking a skilled Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant with over 5 years of hands-on experience in both OTM Cloud and On-Premise implementations. This is a hybrid role based in Chennai and offers the opportunity to transition from contract to full-time employment based on performance.

As an OTM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive transportation management solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics and transportation processes, along with deep technical and functional knowledge of the OTM platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-end implementation and configuration of OTM solutions (Cloud and On-Premise)

- Manage core modules including Planning, Execution, and Settlement

- Integrate OTM with external systems using SOA, BPEL, XML, and Web Services

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective OTM solutions

- Provide support for ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user training

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration

Key Skills & Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management

- Proven expertise in both Cloud and On-Prem OTM environments

- Strong functional knowledge of transportation and logistics domains

- Experience with middleware technologies (SOA Suite, BPEL, etc.)
