Job Title : Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules and a strong understanding of core HR business processes. You will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across diverse business environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support projects across multiple modules such as Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, or Payroll.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure modules, and conduct testing and training.

- Provide expert-level functional support and resolve complex issues across Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

- Ensure system configurations are aligned with business goals, compliance standards, and best practices.

- Work closely with technical teams and Oracle support to troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions.

- Support integration points between Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud ERP systems.

- Document system changes, user procedures, and project deliverables effectively.

Required Qualifications :

- 6- 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and/or support.

- Strong functional knowledge of at least 3 or more HCM modules.

- Completed at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a solution owner or lead consultant.

- Solid understanding of high-level HR business processes and how they align with Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.

- Basic understanding of the Oracle Cloud ERP platform and how it integrates with HCM.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
