Appian Low-Code Team Lead

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Low-Code Technical Lead to architect and drive the delivery of complex banking solutions. This leadership role requires deep expertise in Appian, proven experience in banking workflows, and strong people management skills. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead development teams, and ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Appian solutions.

- Manage cross-functional Appian delivery teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Act as a technical advisor and ensure compliance with banking industry regulations.

- Define coding standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable

solutions.

- Ensure solutions address compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements within the banking

sector.

- Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipeline integration, and deployment automation for Appian

applications.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to senior and junior developers.

- Engage in client-facing discussions, solution demonstrations, and project sign-offs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Appian development and delivery.

- Appian Level 3 Certification / Lead Designer Certification highly preferred.

- Strong expertise in process modeling, records, rules, interfaces, plug-ins, and integrations.

- Hands-on experience in Banking & Financial Services domain with focus on compliance and

audit.

- Proven track record of leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering large-scale

Appian projects.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
