We are looking for experienced Appian Low-Code Senior Developers to lead the design and delivery of scalable banking applications. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on Appian expertise, coupled with strong exposure to the Banking & Financial Services domain. You will be responsible for building high-quality, reusable components and ensuring integration with multiple systems, while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Appian applications including process models, records, reports, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.

- Work closely with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure Appian applications are developed with performance, scalability, and reusability in mind.

- Perform code reviews, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Integrate Appian applications with external systems via REST, SOAP, and RDBMS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modules in domains such as Transfers, Cheques, Retail Onboarding, KYC, LOS, Corporate Onboarding, and Term Deposits.

- Support deployment and maintenance of applications in production.

- Mentor and guide junior developers on Appian best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Engineering/IT or equivalent.

- 2+ years hands-on Appian development experience with Appian Level 2 Certification.

- 3+ years of overall IT experience, preferably with exposure to Banking & Financial Services.

- Strong working knowledge of SAIL, Records, Web APIs, Process Models, Plug-ins.

- Expertise in integrations with third-party systems.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Good understanding of governance, compliance, and security in banking applications.
