We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Appian Low-Code Junior Developers to join our banking technology team. The role offers exposure to real-world banking processes, agile projects, and hands-on experience in delivering innovative solutions within the Banking & Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in designing, developing, and testing Appian applications under the guidance of senior developers.

- Support unit testing, debugging, and bug fixing to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

- Document functional and technical specifications, user guides, and test results.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

- Learn and adapt to banking workflows such as retail onboarding, KYC, and transactions.

- Collaborate with team members to deliver small-to-medium Appian modules.

- Stay updated with Appian features and low-code development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Basic understanding of Appian, low-code platforms, or BPM tools.

- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks.
