We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Appian-based solutions, including process models, SAIL interfaces, rules, and data models.
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Appian development processes.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Work with various integrations using web services, APIs, and other integration technologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience : 6-8 years of experience in Appian development.
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture and development principles.
- Proficiency in designing and developing Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, rules, and data models.
- Experience with Appian integration technologies, such as web services, APIs, and databases.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Appian Certified Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer certification is a plus.
- Experience with Appian Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
