Appian Developer - BPM

Description :

- Design, develop, and implement Appian applications to meet business requirements.

- Build and maintain Process Models, Record Types, Interfaces, and Integrations within the Appian platform.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define and refine system requirements.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for backend integrations.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of Appian applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Appian BPM development.

- Strong understanding of Appian architecture, process design, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Appian 21.x or higher (preferred).

- Proficiency in SQL / Stored Procedures for database interaction.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher certification.

- Experience with Appian Plug-ins, Smart Services, and Web APIs.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
