Total Experience : 6+ years

Relevant Appian Experience : Minimum 4+ years

Location : Bangalore, Panchkula, Gurugram, or Remote

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only

Compensation : Up to 4X of total years of experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy applications using the Appian BPM/Low-code Platform.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Build process models, records, reports, interfaces, and integrations.

- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of applications.

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Appian 21.x/22.x/23.x versions.

- Proficiency in creating process models, SAIL interfaces, rules, and integrations.

- Good knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle) and API integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms like SAML, LDAP, OAuth.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
