Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Appian Developer to design, develop, and implement process automation solutions using the Appian Low-Code BPM platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop end-to-end Appian solutions, including :

- Process Models, Records, Interfaces (SAIL), Rules, Sites & Reports, Web APIs & Integrations, AI Skills & Document Extraction, Appian RPA

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Appian solutions

- Participate in the full SDLC : requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support

- Perform unit and integration testing and troubleshoot technical issues

- Integrate Appian with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware

- Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and design standards

- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

- Create and maintain technical documentation

- Support production deployments, performance tuning, and user issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 27 years of hands-on Appian development experience

- Strong experience with Appian 21.x or higher

Hands-on expertise in :

- Process Models

- Data Fabric

- Interfaces (SAIL)

- Records & Reports

- Strong SQL skills

- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

- Solid understanding of BPM principles, Appian architecture, and application lifecycle

- Experience with RESTful web services, JSON/XML, and API integrations

- Ability to write clean, efficient, reusable code

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- LinkedIn ID required (Appian ID is good to have)

Preferred Skills :

- Appian Certified Developer (Associate / Senior)

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)

- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD practices for Appian

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
