Job Title : Appian Architect

Location : Remote/ Pune/Bangalore/Gurugram/Noida

Joining : Immediate to 15 days preferred

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Appian Architect with strong communication and client-handling abilities to design and deliver end-to-end Appian BPM solutions. The role involves solution architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on development across complex enterprise implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end Appian solution design and delivery, from architecture and design to deployment and production support.

- Lead Appian implementations across multiple modules including Sites, Records, Interfaces, Process Models, and integrations.

- Act as a technical SME for Appian 22.x+ versions, ensuring best practices and scalability.

- Design and implement Web APIs and integrations with external systems.

- Leverage AI Skills and RPA capabilities within Appian where applicable.

- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and manage expectations.

- Lead and mentor development teams; oversee code reviews and technical governance.

- Drive project execution, delivery timelines, and stakeholder communication.

Mandatory Requirements :

- L3 Appian Certification Mandatory

- Strong hands-on experience as an Appian Architect / Senior Appian Consultant

- Deep expertise in :

• Appian BPM (22.x+)
• SAIL Interfaces
• Process Models
• Records & Sites
• Web APIs & Integrations
• SQL

- Strong exposure to AI, BPM, and RPA concepts within Appian

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills

- Proven experience in project leadership and team management
