Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on .NET Architect with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Azure, Microservices, and cloud-native architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining architecture, making technology decisions, ensuring scalability and performance, and guiding engineering teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive technical architecture and solution design for enterprise-grade applications.

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using C#, .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.

- Architect and implement microservices-based and cloud-native solutions.

- Design and develop solutions on Microsoft Azure.

- Define architecture standards, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, and other stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.

- Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and performance.

- Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches.

- Identify technical risks and provide appropriate architectural solutions.

- Drive modernization and migration of legacy applications to modern .NET and cloud architectures.

- Establish and improve CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, and deployment practices.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong experience in Microsoft .NET technologies.

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core and Web API.

- Hands-on experience in designing Microservices architecture.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based application architecture.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.

- Experience with databases such as SQL Server and familiarity with NoSQL databases.

- Strong understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, OOP, and software architecture principles.

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and containerized applications is preferred.

- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

- Experience with messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentor senior engineering teams.
