Appglide - Python Developer

We are seeking a Python Developer to join our customers Solutions Engineering team, working closely with global enterprise customers to deploy and support cutting-edge AIOps solutions. The role involves hands-on development, automation, and deployment of solutions across multi-domain network and application infrastructures. Our client is an industry-leading AIOps platform that delivers real-time, actionable insights by aggregating data from multiple sources into a single, easy-to-use platform.

The solution enables IT teams to troubleshoot faster, reduce downtime, minimize MTTR, and significantly improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a technical subject matter expert for the customers operational analytics solution covering network, application, and security workflows

- Take a hands-on role in deploying the product across customer environments to meet business and technical requirements

- Collaborate closely with customers, solutions architects, and engineering teams during solution design and deployment

- Support and execute Proof of Concept (POC) deployments and lead them through successful production rollout

- Develop, test, debug, and maintain automation scripts and Python-based solutions

- Work independently on assigned tasks while ensuring high-quality delivery

- Analyze application architecture, data flows, and system design to build effective automation and deployment scripts

- Review customer feedback and propose product enhancements to improve functionality, performance, and reliability

- Contribute to improving overall product quality, deployment efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Python development

- 1+ years of experience in DevOps practices and tools

- Strong proficiency in YAML for configuration management and data serialization

- Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts (Python, Shell, etc.)

- Ability to read, debug, and enhance simple to advanced-level scripts and code

- Solid understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and data flow

- Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP (preferred), and Azure

DevOps & Tools (Good to Have) :

- CI/CD pipelines

- Infrastructure automation concepts

- Containerization and orchestration exposure is a plus

Education : Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
