Role : Engineering Manager

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic Flutter development team.

This leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership & Development : Lead and mentor the Flutter development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

- Mobile Application Development : Oversee the design, coding, and testing of mobile applications for trading and wealth management using Flutter.

- Code Quality : Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality and provide constructive feedback.

- Collaboration : Work closely with designers, backend developers, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Architecture & Scalability : Architect and implement scalable and robust Flutter applications.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends and advancements in mobile app development.

- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and testing phases.

- Quality Assurance : Collaborate with QA to develop comprehensive test plans.

Requirements :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Flutter Developer or in a similar role.

- UI/UX Expertise : In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Version Control : Experience with Git and agile methodologies.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
