Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership & Development : Lead and mentor the Flutter development team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries of mobile applications, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

- Mobile Application Development : Oversee the design, coding, and testing of mobile applications for trading and wealth management using Flutter.

- Code Quality : Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality. Provide constructive feedback and guide team members to improve their skills.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and vendors, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of mobile applications.

- Architecture & Scalability : Architect and implement scalable and robust Flutter applications, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and documentation requirements.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends and advancements in mobile app development to ensure the team leverages cutting-edge technologies.

- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and testing phases to ensure smooth performance. Continuously optimize mobile applications for performance and user experience.

- Quality Assurance : Collaborate with the QA team to develop comprehensive test plans and ensure a stable and reliable platform.

- Documentation : Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of the development process, including code documentation and project updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Flutter Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Flutter applications.

- Experience in trading/wealth management apps or similar high-performance mobile applications.

- UI/UX Expertise : In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to translate designs into high-quality, functional mobile applications.

- Version Control : Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with agile development methodologies.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to debug and resolve complex issues efficiently.

- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, driving productivity and professional development.
