Key Responsibilities :
Business & Requirements Analysis :
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirement documents (BRD, FRD,
TRD, user stories).
- Define process flows, use cases, wireframes, and data models.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing systems and processes.
Technical Collaboration & Solution Design :
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and QA teams to clarify requirements and support solution design.
- Participate in solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and sprint planning.
- Support API, system integration, and data flow discussions across applications.
- Validate technical solutions against business requirements.
Agile Delivery & Testing :
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Assist in system testing, regression testing, and validation of delivered features.
Data Analysis & Reporting :
- Analyze data using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to derive business insights.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and MIS for stakeholders.
- Support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Management :
- Act as a single point of contact for requirement clarification and business queries.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technology delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Core Business Analysis Skills :
- Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management.
- Expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Technical Skills :
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL for data analysis.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Exposure to front-end and backend technologies (web/mobile applications).
- Experience with BI / reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
Tools & Platforms :
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ALM tools.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Figma, Visio).
- Knowledge of UAT and testing tools is preferred.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder and expectation management skills
