Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Oracle Xstore 19.x to 24.x

- Customize POS flows, UI components, and receipt templates to align with business needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Infrastructure) to deliver high-performance retail applications

- Integrate Xstore with other Oracle Retail modules (Xcenter, Xadmin, SIM, EFT)

- Participate in upgrade projects (e.g., 19.0.3 to 24.x), migration, and regression testing

- Handle real-time issue resolution, performance tuning, and post-go-live support

- Author functional and technical documentation following industry standards

- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members if needed

Must-Have Skills :

- hands-on experience in Oracle Xstore (Java-based development)

- Solid exposure to Xstore 19.0.x or higher (ideally 24.x)

- Java, XML, Struts, Spring (optional), SQL, Oracle DB

- Knowledge of retail concepts: Transactions, Promotions, Loyalty, Pricing, Inventory

- Hands-on experience with Xcenter, Xadmin, and payment gateway integrations

- Experience with JIRA, Git, AWS, Rest API
