JD : Responsibilities :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by performing rigorous testing and troubleshooting.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.

- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation, following best practices for software development.

- Play a key role in the continuous improvement of the development process, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in Flutter or Kotlin and Jetpack.

- Compose and other modern Android development frameworks.

- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills.

- In-depth knowledge of software development best practices.

- Expertise in version control systems such as Git

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.

- Track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques for Android.
