JOB DESCRIPTION :

Resource Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Manager to lead and manage multiple QA teams across various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on testing expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive quality initiatives. This role involves mentoring teams, optimizing QA processes, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Experience : 15 + Years

Mandatory skills :

- Strong leadership, people management, and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Proficient in Jira, TestRail, or other test management tools.

- Experience in cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

- Identify gaps in the QA process and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud-based testing.

- Experience with performance testing, security testing, and API testing, Automation Testing, Functional testing.

- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).

- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

- Drive test automation adoption to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

- Experience with agile methodology and defect management tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.

- High level understanding of NLP/Gen AI/AI concepts.

- Experience in testing AI based products/platforms is nice to have.

- Excellent oral & written communication skills

- Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Project & Stakeholder Management :

- Oversee product quality, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Business Stakeholders to define QA strategies and project roadmaps.

- Conduct regular project reviews, track milestones, and identify risks with mitigation strategies.

- Define and monitor QA metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage, open defect counts) and report insights to stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory requirements.

- Allocate and optimize resources efficiently across projects to meet deadlines.
