App Motion Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Role Overview :

- App Experience Enhancements : Use motion design principles to guide user attention, improve usability, and support intuitive navigation.

- Design Systems & Motion Language : Collaborate with the product design team to define and maintain a scalable motion system consistent with our brand.

- Collaboration : Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to integrate motion seamlessly into live products.

- Prototyping & Handoff : Build motion prototypes in tools like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie, and prepare assets for developer implementation.

- Innovation & Experimentation : Stay ahead of motion trends in fintech and mobile UI/UX to constantly evolve and improve our design expression.

- Performance Awareness : Design animations that are not only beautiful but also optimized for smooth

performance on a variety of devices.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 7 years of experience in motion design, with a strong focus on mobile and web apps.

- Proficiency in motion and design tools like After Effects, Figma, Lottie, Principle, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

- Solid understanding of timing, easing, transitions, and user interaction principles.

- Experience working with development teams to implement animations using Lottie, CSS, or similar technologies.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion work integrated into app experiences (not just marketing videos).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with front-end development basics (CSS animations, JavaScript-based motion frameworks) is a plus.

- Experience designing for accessibility and performance in motion.
