Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Design and architecture of API Management & Gateway solution, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Implement and configure the API Gateway according to our firm's specific requirements.

- Collaborate with internal team to implement API policies, including security, rate limiting, caching, and transformation.

- Integrate the API Gateway with existing systems and services within our infrastructure.

- Optimize API performance and implement monitoring and analytics solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship on API Gateway best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop documentation for API Gateway configurations, policies, and usage guidelines.

- Maintain and Support Gravitee as API management tool.

Mandatory:

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure services with 4-6 years of API Management experience.

- Experience designing and implementing API Management & Gateway solutions.

- Strong expertise in at least one major API Gateway platform (Exposure to Gravitee is preferred).

- Proficiency in RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.

- Experience with databases, particularly MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Experience with API security protocols (OAuth, JWT, API Keys, etc.).

- Solid understanding of network protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP) and web services.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Good communication skills.

- Self-motivated, Quick and Eager to Learn.
