We are looking for a highly experienced API Automation Engineer to drive automation testing for modern, microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in API automation using Rest Assured, strong Java programming skills, and hands-on experience working within CI/CD pipelines.

Scope of Work :

- Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks using Rest Assured

- Perform testing of microservices-based APIs, ensuring reliability and performance

- Write and execute automated test cases using Java

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines

- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to ensure quality delivery

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive resolution with stakeholders

- Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and best practices across releases

- Act as a self-managing contributor, taking ownership of deliverables

Required Skills :

- 9+ years of overall experience in software testing

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in API Automation using Rest Assured

- Strong experience testing Microservices / REST APIs

- Proficient in Java programming

- Working knowledge of Selenium for automation

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Proven ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision
