Job Description :

Design, develop and deliver high-performance, scalable and cloud-native applications using Java, Microservices and AWS technologies.

Own architecture and execution of complex engineering solutions with focus on distributed systems, performance, resiliency and modern AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and implement high-throughput, low-latency systems using Java and microservices architectures.

- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS with hands-on experience in production environments.

- Design and develop scalable, resilient and fault-tolerant distributed systems.

- Work with Kubernetes (EKS) for application deployment, management and scaling.

- Design event-driven and service-based platforms using cloud-native engineering practices.

- Apply performance tuning, concurrency management and scalability best practices.

- Integrate Generative AI / Agentic AI capabilities into engineering workflows and developer tooling.

- Use GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

- Own technical architecture, execution and delivery of complex engineering solutions.

- Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams.

- Communicate complex technical decisions clearly with technical and business stakeholders.

Core Skills Required :

- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.

- Strong expertise in Java and microservices architectures.

- Proven experience building high-throughput and low-latency systems.

- Extensive experience with AWS including multiple production deployments on EKS.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, performance tuning and scalability.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) in production environments.

- Strong knowledge of AWS networking, security and scaling patterns.

- Experience designing cloud-native, event-driven and service-based platforms.

- Experience using Generative AI / Agentic AI in engineering workflows.

- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.

- Experience integrating AI into developer tooling or platforms.

- Strong understanding of resiliency and fault tolerance patterns.

- Experience owning architecture and execution of enterprise-scale solutions.

- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions.

- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
