The Role :

Seeking a visionary and highly hands-on Senior Cloud Architect to design, establish, and mature core cloud platform infrastructure. This critical role requires a strong background in architecting complex, highly available, and cost-efficient Hybrid Cloud environments. The Architect is responsible for setting up the platform in the right way from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence, cost governance, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Setup & Architecture : Lead end-to-end design and implementation of a robust Hybrid Cloud platform, integrating Public and Private Cloud environments.

- Virtualization & Hypervisor Management : Drive design and optimization of virtualized infrastructure, including leveraging KVM and Hyper-V for building Private Cloud and virtualized environments.

- Orchestration : Define and implement advanced Cloud Orchestration strategies to ensure seamless provisioning and deployment across environments.

- FinOps & Cost Management : Establish a comprehensive FinOps framework, driving cloud cost governance, optimization, and financial accountability across engineering teams.

- Observability : Implement and standardize an advanced observability stack, leveraging deep expertise in Dynatrace and Datadog.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Cloud Architecture, with at least 3+ years in a Principal/Lead role focusing on hybrid or multi-cloud environments.

- Expert-level knowledge and practical experience with Cloud Orchestration (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and major Cloud Provider technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Mandatory expertise in Private Cloud/Virtualization platforms : Proven experience with hypervisors like KVM and Hyper-V. Knowledge of VMware and OpenStack is highly valued.

- Proven ability to design and implement FinOps practices that drive measurable cost savings.

- Mandatory hands-on expertise in deploying, configuring, and utilizing Dynatrace and Datadog as primary observability platforms.

- Strong understanding of network architecture and security principles in the cloud.
