The Role :

apexanalytix is seeking an experienced Technology Leader to serve as VP, Head of Software Development, setting delivery direction for the product engineering organization and driving the teams responsible for new and existing customer-facing software and SaaS products.

This role will lead a multi-national team of 65+ staff across Greensboro, NC and Noida, India.

Tech Stack :

- .NET 10 enterprise platform (ASP.NET Core, EF Core, OData, gRPC, .NET Aspire)

- React 19 front end

- Go microservice estate with mTLS

- Databases : SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, OceanBase, CockroachDB, Vitess, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, Snowflake

- Deployment : Kubernetes-only, GitOps-reconciled

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical strategic planning to maximise business goals.

- Define development standards, organization and methodologies.

- Champion AI-led engineering practice across the organization.

- Own release and package discipline, regression prevention, and Quality Assurance function.

- Mentor and oversee personnel development plans for technical staff.

Must-Haves :

- 12+ years leadership experience in software development for commercial software products.

- Extensive knowledge of .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js).

- Working depth in Go.

- Experience with relational and distributed database design (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

- Experience with containerized, Kubernetes-based deployment and GitOps.

- Experience driving AI-assisted engineering practices at scale.

- Experience leading multi-national development organizations.

Work Environment :

- Location : apexanalytix Global Capability Center, Noida, India.

- Travel required : Occasional, including periodic travel to apexanalytix HQ in Greensboro, NC.
